With clients across both central and local Government departments spanning multiple sectors, no day at Acuity Business Solutions is the same. Since we opened our doors back in 2006, our management consultancy has been providing specialist advisory and support services to clients all across the UK. We aim to leave the organisations we work with having made a positive impact, be that through creating tangible benefits, making quality improvements, or achieving cost savings that make a real difference. Ultimately, we simplify and solve complex business problems for them that they could not solve themselves. With over 90% of our work coming from existing clients, we are confident we’re getting it right.

How We Do It
The work we do is hugely varied, ranging from project management to supporting business change, to stakeholder engagement and communications, amongst many other things. There is never a dull moment! We work flexibly with a healthy mixture of home and office-based days which serves our talented team and our clients well. Depending on the assignment, our consultants work solo or as part of a wider Acuity team. Regardless of the set-up, our team culture is supportive and collaborative - there’s always someone to bounce ideas off or go to for advice so you are never in at the deep end without a float.
Making ourselves part of the client team and having a solid understanding of their objectives and values is what allows our people to hit the ground running and deliver successful results. At the heart of our quality service is the trust and rapport we build with our clients and their teams, making it easier to achieve common goals and success with each assignment. Confident and open communication skills are the name of the game, and they’re what mark us out from our competition.
