Celebrating the women of Acuity

At Acuity we are proud that in the traditionally male led world of management consultancy our team bucks the trend with 77% of our exceptional colleagues being female and making up 60% of our senior team.

Since our inception half of our employments have been female and two thirds of those who have joined our team over the years have been promoted to a more senior role at least once in their time with Acuity.

We have gone through a number of maternity leaves, facilitated part time returns and supported new parents back to work amidst their new normal and it’s a balance that works brilliantly for Acuity.
