Learning Professional of the year 2021

Our brilliant colleague Claire Hovey won the Learning Professional of the Year at the 2021 Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) awards for her fantastic Behavioural Economics Training.

Through her behaviour-shaping creative consultancy Copy & TV, Claire develops and delivers communications and behavioural science training to help organisations get their messages across in the most effective way.

Claire works with Acuity on a number of high profile projects, including supporting The Department for Health and Social Care and the NHS Business Services Authority to communicate sensitive messages about the governments Coronavirus Life Assurance Scheme effectively and with empathy to employers and bereaved families.

This award is thoroughly deserved and we are proud to work alongside one of the best in their field.
