Delivery We supported the development of the programme business case and subsequently helped the Welsh Government and its procured connectivity services partner engage with public sector bodies across Wales to drive take up of connectivity services. We:

• Helped our client and the connectivity services define engagement processes to efficiently reach dozens of public sector organisations to help maximise the benefits for the public sector as a whole.    

• Helped individual organisations build the business case for connectivity services, performing the cost benefit analysis.

• Supported the procurement of additional services such as telephony.

• Designed and managed the benefits framework that forecasted and tracked of £ms of public sector savings.

Result This programme was a trailblazer within the UK, and was replicated across England with the emergence of the local PSN programmes. The programme was a critical enabler in encouraging cross-organisational collaboration and laid the technical foundations to sustain the realisation of benefits for years to come.
